M. Patrice Wilson has over 25 years of experience practicing law.  She began practicing Labor & Employment law as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Dallas.  As an Assistant City Attorney, she defended the City of Dallas in federal and state courts and administrative hearings.  She defended cases involving claims of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. Sections 1981 and 1983 violations of the U.S. and Texas Constitutions.  And provided advice and counsel on all employment related matters. 

M. Patrice Wilson went on to work for the United States Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor, in the Dallas Region as a trial attorney.  At the DOL, she represented the Department in OSHA, MSHA, and Wage & Hour and OFCCP litigation.

M. Patrice Wilson spent nearly a decade with Chubb Insurance Company, in its Employment Practices Liability Section, as a Claims Attorney.  At Chubb, M. Patrice Wilson actively managed a docket of hundreds of employment discrimination cases filed against companies insured by Chubb.  

Since 2011, M. Patrice Wilson has been providing Labor & Employment and business law related services to small and medium sized companies.  These services include revising and drafting employee handbooks, writing position statements in response to EEOC and state agency inquiries, responding to demand letters, drafting non-compete/nondisclosure agreements, service agreements and other transactional documents.
